These new buds 3 pro have been fantastic. I like the ability to have adaptive sound features and the option to adjust the outside ambient noise level. I use them when on my mountain bike. They synced right up with my Samsung Galaxy phone with ease and was also able to pair them with my laptop.

Horrible charging experience

Earbuds sometimes doesn't charge and would need to be adjusted 4-5 times before it would recognize the buds are in the case. Extremely annoying as these are pretty expensive buds, I would expect everything to work perfectly out of the box. Sound quality is good though if you can overlook the horrible charging case.

I got the opportunity to get these at a nice discount while buying my new Flip 7 and have to say these are quite the upgrade from the buds2 I had. They also stay in my ears way better and as of yet haven't had one fall out once. The sound is fantastic!!!

Charging Issues

Overall they are great sounding and functioning. I am about ready to contact Samsung because the left bud has issues charging since the first time I used them. I'll go to put them in and the right will be 100% and the left will be 38%. I always use them in pairs. I'll receive a messdage on my phone that there's a bad connection, that I need to clean the bud and reinsert it. Other than that I wish the lights could have more settings like pulse to the music.

Honest pros and cons

They are very comfortable and controlls are great. They pair up to my Samsung reliably. They go great with Samsung ecosystem. The reason for 3 stars is that the noise canceling doesn't handle loud noises very good. They make clicking sounds in addition to the loud noise. Also battery of case doesn't last as long as my cheaper JBLs. I figured for the premium price of these they should be much better than the cheaper brands.

I like these. Headphones a lot.I especially like how it can automatically switch transparent mode.When taking a call makes a lot easier and I seem to hear people a lot better and I don't talk very loud because i hear my voice. The sound is very good. And I have. Not had any problems with the battery life. I've had other Samsung earbuds that I did not like so much.But these are very comfortable.I could even sleep with them in.

Not the quality expected

Only works with one device at a time and noise-canceling is a non-existent. Very disappointing purchase... I usually use them at work connecting to my office phone and to my computer by Bluetooth. I can listen to the news in the background as I work and if the office phone rings I can answer it through my Jabra earbuds. I can't do that with the you so they do me no good. They've been sitting on the counter.
