Mixed experience, but a good experience overall!
These earphones were my second Galaxy earphones, and they really make a good difference. With the new AI features, the best thing is the audio quality and the many options in the Galaxy ecosystem with the phone... It makes things much better. It's been a mixed experience with these, since it's a great product and it does everything well. My only big problem is that after a few months (2-5), they started having issues with the earbuds. One of them just didn't charge. The worst thing was that I only realized this when I started using them, and one of them showed only under 20% while the other was fully charged. That's really annoying, because when I needed them, I couldn't use them because I had to put them to charge. I would like to see a new 4 series soon, and I would like to have a way to see the case battery of the earbuds without them being inside the case and without the case being open. With this and the mentioned problem fixed and working properly, it will be an even better experience. But in terms of audio quality, they're simply great.

Even the smallest attachments don't feel good in my ear. They tend to fall off can't be too far away from my cell or music will stop playing. If I need to hurry up and turn off music I need to push not just tap to stop it! I liked my other headphones way more!

Great ear buds, lackluster software compatibility
Needs ALOT of future updating, fit is fantastic, the part that sticks out is actually really cool and useful. The limited no key word voice commands (play music, answer call) are pretty cool but not voice specific. With testing, anyone in the vicinity saying the phrase "play music" would force it to start playing. Charging case is a bit bigger and the ear buds fit in very well and dont fall out very easy. Haven't played with it much but still would love to see tracking or even a beeping alert system to make finding them a bit easier if you misplace them. Notification read-out is still very limited and currently only available with Samsungs texting which is a huge bummer as I prefer Googles texting platform wayyyyy more. Overall given some time im sure the software will be updated and get better, the ear buds and case so far are really really good though.

Preformance is wonderful but battery life lacks
I do like them over all. I love the choices of ambient sound, adaptive, and noise canceling and boy does that noise canceling work. Of course with the selection you make determines length of battery life. I understand that and no complaints on battery life if the buds themselves. However, the battery life of the case is another story. It seems to me im charging the case every other day.

I had to adjust to the feel but I love them!

Unfortunately they fall out my ear quite often and the buttons to skip a song, pause, or volume is hard to get sometimes. My last set of galaxy buds were more sensitive to touch. These are not and it takes several tries sometimes. I wish I could say that the price is worth the product.

Very disappointed, do better Samsung
Going from the 2 to the 3 is a huge difference. I actually find myself using my 2's instead of the 3s. The fit is absolutely terrible. The noise cancelling is sub par because of the fit. Sound quality is still up in the air because of the fit. Yes I have tried all three of the tips, none of them fit snugly and the fit test fails every time. I'm going to invest in some after market tips to see if that helps. Honestly save your money until the 4s come out.

Just a reminder, to achieve optimal placement, be sure to check the bottom of the earbuds for the directional marks. You’ll notice an L for the left bud and an R for the right one. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the R facing you, and the L bud into your left ear with the L facing you. For the microphone, angle the blade slightly so it points toward your mouth rather than straight down. You can also adjust the buds by rotating them forward and backward to find the fit that feels just right for you. Totally worth the buy
These are exactly what I needed. After years of buying earplugs every 3 months I could have saved to much by buying these. I love the look and that when I talk the volume goes down. I can actually hear better with the different settings. Sound is incredible. You can zone out the world around you. My only thing is I have to keep adjusting them. They fall out if I don't. I like these. Headphones a lot.I especially like how it can automatically switch transparent mode.When taking a call makes a lot easier and I seem to hear people a lot better and I don't talk very loud because i hear my voice. The sound is very good. And I have. Not had any problems with the battery life. I've had other Samsung earbuds that I did not like so much.But these are very comfortable.I could even sleep with them in.
