One aide of the bud always not able to charge and if we take to service center they fix something and give back after 2 weeks again issue repeat. Fed up with product and service center as they are not able to replace item.

does not stay in ear, constantly needs to adjust the buds. on bud pinch controls hardly respond to input. sound quality is amazing though so 2 stars !

Great for truck drivers, noise canceling is so good that no one knows I'm driving. I also tested them while using lawn mower and they performed amazingly!

An improvement from the previous buds. The new design fixes the issue of them falling out all the time which is the best reason to upgrade. Overall a great improvement from the previous buds.
