Not a great update from Buds 2, not comfortable!!
They're so uncomfortable really. It goes from the Buds3 Pro to disaster. It doesn't stay in your ear. No matter how you insert them, with the little black parts and all the plastics seems scratch you while you're putting it on. Awful. Sound is great. But I think comfort comes first and is lacking a lot of it. Especially going from something small, to just having a blade sticking out your nose and some buds that can't stay in your ear even if you switch the tips.
It's great to hear from you, Karen. Thank you for sharing your honest thoughts about the Galaxy Buds3 Pro. We’re glad to see that you appreciate the sound quality. However, we understand that comfort and fit are essential for an enjoyable experience, and we appreciate your feedback. The Galaxy Buds3 Pro includes different-sized ear tips to help users find a fit that feels secure and comfortable. To improve the fit, ensure the directional markings (L for the left ear and R for the right ear) are correct, and gently rotate the earbuds forward or backward until they feel snug. Proper positioning can make a difference in both comfort and stability. We also noted your feedback regarding the design and materials. Your insights are valuable as we strive to refine and improve the user experience. Barely a transition definitely not an upgrade
The ear tips are a huge disappointment. Coming from a smaller slide over collar from the pro 2. To this large snap in place fitting that many people are ruining their ear tips because they are difficult to pull off. The fit is not as comfortable and they tend to fall out due to the design and the weight that protrudes out and down out of the ear.

We have provided links to an article to help you with the placement and a video to help you change the ear tips. We also recommend doing a fit test with your earbuds. Great performance. I prefer the former design.
I love the sound from these ear buds. However I don't like the fit. I prefer the style of the Buds Pro and the Buds2 Pro. These models stay in my ears better, especially when exercising. The stem that extends from the Buds3 Pro causes the earbuds to push out with facial movements (particularly with the jaws). I also think that the styles of the Buds Pro and Buds2 Pro look better in the ears and are more discreet, so they look good no matter what you're doing and wearing. I love the voice controls that come with the Buds3 Pro.

Best earbuds pro 3!
Best earbuds yet! The noise cancelation is amazing! I like the fact that I can control which settings I want to use for them. The sound for videos and music is excellent! I can hear every detail coming from the earbuds. Samsung has definitely out did themselves with these. I have yet to find any cons with these since I only had them for less than a month. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Popping noise while using lawn equipment
I upgraded my earbuds from the earbuds 2 to the Ear Buds 3 Pros thinking it was going to be just that an upgrade. Well, the first difference it the fit in the ear, either I have weird ears or the way these are made they don’t fit very well. From a “tap” on the earbuds 2 to now a pinch for volume, answering a call is too complicated in that you have to find the sweet spot for the functions and if the buds are not fitted in your ear very well they wiggle while you try to find that sweet spot to answer a call or adjust volume. The biggest problem I have is the Galaxy Buds3 Pros pop (feedback) while using a string trimmer or an edger while cutting my grass, noise cancelling does work, but again they pop pretty loud. This is what I actually purchased them for, that and my walks, so this was a let down. The noise cancelling and sound are both pretty good. Overall and in hindsight I should have kept the older buds, less issues. I will call and see if this is a returnable/fixable warranty issue. At this point I could not recommend this product for purchase

Great Buds - would buy again.
These buds sound great and the microphone is a huge improvement over the previous version. They also connect quickly to the desired device and stay connected. I have disposed of all other Bluetooth wireless devices I have been using for calls and video conferences. We'll worth the money.

Abort, fly around!
Needed to send back for repair. The earbud3 squeals, and its so loud I think I have lost some hearing in my right ear. There is no protection for squeals so its at max volume! I did the fit test several times and it passed every time. They also pop several times. If that's not enough the music bass goes out and in, its like the fullness of the music starts and stops. Only the right esr bud has the issues. Waiting in the return from service to test. The bottom line is I love my last pair much better. The sound was better and they were functionally better and they fit better but, I need to test a working pair to confirm. Every time I try to use them, they fail within 2 minutes. Warning- there is an adaptive setting. It will amplify everything and it takes a second or two for the sound reduction to kick in. In that time you will be blasted with amplified sound before it changes modes. Bad idea! It should work in less than 20ms not 2 seconds. My right ear rang for 30 min after the squeals. You cant remove them fast enough. Do yourself a favor,,, Abort fly around on the ear buds 3.
Thank you for sharing your detailed experience with the Galaxy Buds3 Pro, Ronl. We can see how important sound quality and functionality are to you, and we appreciate the time you’ve taken to explain your concerns. For the squealing sound you mentioned, be sure to check out the link attached for options to help avoid this. Additionally, ensure that the Galaxy Wearable app is updated to the latest version, as this can optimize performance. Regarding the fit test, while it’s great to hear that the test passed, achieving the perfect fit can sometimes require experimenting with the different ear tip sizes included in the box. A snug fit not only enhances comfort but also ensures the best audio experience and minimizes external noise. For the bass fluctuations and sound interruptions, checking the Bluetooth connection can be helpful. Make sure there are no obstacles like walls or other electronic devices between the earbuds and your phone. Keeping the devices within 10 meters of each other can also improve connectivity. If the sound still fluctuates, resetting the earbuds through the Galaxy Wearable app might help restore consistent audio performance. We truly can’t wait for you to test a fully functioning pair and rediscover the deep, rich sound that the Galaxy Buds3 Pro deliver. Your satisfaction is incredibly important to us. Discharge too quickly when unused
I have four pair, two white and two silver. All of them noticeably lose battery charge after two or three days with the case closed and not being used at all. The earbuds and the case in 24 hours can be down to 89% for the case and 100% for the earbuds. After 3 days the case for all of them, unused is around 50% or lower and the earbuds might be 80% or less. This requires regular charging which is going to wear out the batteries sooner than if the buds and cases could retain their charge.

Galaxy butts pro 3
Love the sound and the soft wear.my only complaint is that they fall out of my ears I've changed the tips and they are a little too big for my ear. I hate that there are specifically designed that you can't just change the end ear tips that'll fit your ear. If I can change this I would definitely change that. But far as sound and being able to locate if I lose it or drop it as a plus and the equalizer or just a level of sound basically good. Would definitely recommend to others.

Feels cheap plastic and the ear tips break off
Been a huge fan of Galaxy buds pro series. These feel so cheap when you feel it in your hands. There's so many design flaws with the ear tips breaking so easily. I ended up breaking the s size and L size when I was trying to replace it. Many people broke it too. The clip on case, it blocks the Bluetooth button on the bottom and it's so hard to take off. Design 1/10 whoever designed these should get fired.
