Design is worse than my original Galaxy buds pro, and they occasionally make an annoying screeching sound with noise canceling on. There also doesn't seem to be a way to turn noise canceling off permanently, so I have to do it manually every time to avoid the screeching.

If you need awareness of your surroundings, simply turn off Active Noise Canceling. Certain sounds, like humming or vibrations from electric toothbrushes, can accidentally trigger the earbuds' sensors, causing the Detect Conversations feature to activate unintentionally. This temporarily disables Active Noise Canceling. Additionally, if the earbuds are too loose, the detection may be slower. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these buds. I use them mostly while driving to get traffic updates or while walking/hiking to listen to music. I chose this set after getting a lot of good use out of my Buds Pro, which I almost never use because I lost one. I hadn't noticed until it was too late (dropped my case and didn't notice one had popped out). By the time I noticed the Find app showed where it was the day before, but no luck. Since switching to the Buds3 Pro I have lost one in high grass after tripping a number of times and easily found it by having it emit a tone.

They get the job done
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've always had samsung products and decided to buy the earbuds pro instead of the competitive brand at first they were good after wear and some tear they would work as new for example I drop one and it started making a static noise which I got fix by just putting it back to the box and resetting.

I don't like the shape
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sound quality and noise canceling are great. Battery life is stellar. I HATE, truly HATE the stems on these. No matter how i wear them the stems somehow pick up some kind of horrible sound when the stem touches the top of my earrings. I've had every iteration of the buds, this is the only set i don't like, and really think they should go back to the original shapes, i don't want Air Pods, and Samsung had a better design than the buds. I hate the new shape of the buds

Need some improvement
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As far as the fitting it could use some adjustments seems like you had to push a man to get a good snug fit even with the multiple sizes available based on my base type of guy and really can't really have that base that I would like in in the earbuds Clarity is good the surround canceling setting is pretty cool other than that everything else is pretty good

Am giving it 4 stars due to the features...it's nice features wise...but it's not meeting the described battery life while using those said features and continuous music time...lasts about 4.5 hours of continuous music play and just using the hands free skip and repeat options. Also the clarity of the music is just OK, that's with 1 headset in an ear at a time
