You can be sitting in the loudest area and not hear a single thing when you have the active noise canceling on. As well as when you're on a call, it's so clear that people are just amazed at the clarity, and you don't sound robotic as much as most other headphones make you sound. When it comes to the AI features, you have the benefit of being able to not only use the translate function seamlessly without people knowing, but also call on Google Assistant, and it be flawless. The active translation when it's on is pretty cool because you can understand other people speaking without them knowing that you are. If you're looking for earbuds that give you the highest quality sound, making it feel like you're in a surround sound movie theater or at a concert, I highly recommend these. And then it's a gimmick, but the lights that are on it when it turns on, they're pretty cool, especially when you're walking around in the dark. It gives you a uniqueness that you wouldn't get from other headphones. I highly recommend that you buy these, not just for the active noise canceling, but also how long the battery lasts. I charge these, and they stay running for a full day, and I'm on them using Spotify, answering calls, and translating. I probably only have to plug them into the case maybe once a day after heavy use. These are the best and last headphones you'll ever need.

I have a pair, they were wonderful when I got them and bragged they were the best I ever had. Now they don't fit well, I hear all the outside noises . I tried all 3 sizes of the tips. The sound doesn't even sound like it use to.They are practically new

They stay in my ears better than any of the other buds I have had. I like the Galaxy AI features as well. The translation feature is awesome for my job. Cons: Battery life is sub par if you have all the features on. I don't love the case. I tend to drop things and had to get a locking case. You will get feedback putting the buds in your ears. White noise is loud with ANC on.

I can't imagine doing things without i wear them daily .. from yard work to school functions to relaxing and enjoying music . The sound quality is amazing, super clear highs but what really got me is the bass. It hits hard without feeling overdone, which is exactly what I want when I'm listening to music. Feels like a proper audio experience every single time. I use them mostly for music and calls and they deliver on both. Call quality is crisp, people on the other end always hear me clearly and I can hear them without straining. No complaints there at all. The noise cancellation is where these really shine though. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Every time I wear these buds for any length of time over a few minutes, the inside of my day canal gets red, inflamed & eventually cracks & bleeds & gets infected if I keep wearing them. I've tried replacing the ear tips with a different brand, cleaning the tips & buds carefully with isopropyl alcohol, but this still happens. And it only happens with Samsung earbuds, not with any other brand. I sent them back to Samsung and y'all returned them to me saying they were fine & basically told me too bad & have a nice life.
