As a teen, I saved up a lot of money to get these buds with took months. Once I had these, they were great! They fit fine, looked nice, good noise cancelation, and also great sound quality. I lost it two days ago when I believe someone opened my backpack and it fell out a week ago. I tried to track them by their last known location which was 2 days ago and can't find em anywhere near that location. I used every feature but they didnt work. After months of saving up this is what happens? I knew earbuds have horrible tracking but as a larger brand I thought these had somewhat okay tracking.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'd say the Galaxy buds3 pro leave a lot to be desired. The battery capacity is pretty low on a single charge if you use any of the noise controls. Sound quality is pretty mid. Microphone quality isn't great, I get a lot of complaints of sounding muffled when using them on the phone. I really only use them for music so there's plenty they can do I don't use or know how to do with them which is why I give them 3 stars instead of 2.

I used them.every single day for managing calls, listening music and news while at work. I have tried other recognized brands of earbuds but my Galaxy Buds 3 Pro beated them all with the quality of sound, the echo cancelling feature works perfect and my calls are always clear at both ends, especially when driving my truck with the windows down and talking to family members, they can listen to me with very low surrounding noise. I really like this product when using it with my Galaxy AI features of my SG24. It works flawlesly.

I use my buds at work in a loud warehouse environment and they work great for streaming music or podcasts. The battery , however, doesn't last the full 4 to 4.5 hours of my shift which forces me to switch to another set of earbuds. If the battery life was extended I could hardly find any other issues with the Galaxy Earbuds pro3. The sliding volume and the pinch feature are my favorites.

They don't sit as naturally in my ears as previous models, and after a while, I start adjusting them more than I should have to. The look itself is also kind of odd — not ugly exactly, just… off. It doesn't feel as sleek or polished as you'd expect at this price. Controls can be hit or miss too. Sometimes they register fine, other times you're tapping or swiping like an idiot trying to get a response. So yeah — amazing sound, questionable design choices. If audio quality is your top priority, they're worth it. But if comfort and overall feel matter just as much, you might end up a little annoyed over time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Every time I wear these buds for any length of time over a few minutes, the inside of my day canal gets red, inflamed & eventually cracks & bleeds & gets infected if I keep wearing them. I've tried replacing the ear tips with a different brand, cleaning the tips & buds carefully with isopropyl alcohol, but this still happens. And it only happens with Samsung earbuds, not with any other brand. I sent them back to Samsung and y'all returned them to me saying they were fine & basically told me too bad & have a nice life.
