My family and I tried this last night for dinner. It was a little dry. I felt like there could have been a little more sauce. There also seemed to be a lot of pasta for it to be considered high protein. The pasta far outweighed the sausage. I think if a little more sauce and sausage were added and a little less pasta, it would have been perfect.

I received a free sample for my honest review. This was a wonderful entree. The taste was delicious….great tomato sauce flavor, lots of sausage and a yummy melted topping. It was a chilly night when I cooked it and it warmed me from head to toe. My only suggestions to maker are: 1. Cooking directions being on the bottom of the pan in small print made it awkward to access. 2. There were a few pieces of tomato skin in the sauce. They were tough and felt odd to the tongue.

I reviewed a free sample for my honest opinion. the casserole looked very good and home-made! The flavor was really good with lots of cheese, sauce, fresh tomatoes and italian sausage balls throughout the high protein penne pasta. It wasn't dry at all.

It was OK I would not buy it again,.
