My rice cooker sprays water out the back, through the steam release. My counter gets all wet each time I use it. I made sure the steam valve was secure and tight but it still bubbles water our the top & back. Is there a fix for this? If not, I'm returning this rice cooker and go back to making it on the stove! Very disappointed with this product.

Opened it up today to make oatmeal and found directions very confusing. Can’t figure out if I can use the carb reducer or not. Disappointing that you have to open and stir during the process. MADE A HUGE MESS!!!

This is overflowing onto the counter and making a mess in addition to overcooking the rice, despite exact measuring and rereading instructions carefully. What a mushy mess. If someone doesn’t call or email me with suggestions I will return it!
