Nice to make rice with less carbs but it does take some time to cook

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great rice cooker with many advanced features. I did find that cleaning was a little tricky since some foam/water boils over onto the parts that don’t come off the base.

Opened it up today to make oatmeal and found directions very confusing. Can’t figure out if I can use the carb reducer or not. Disappointing that you have to open and stir during the process. MADE A HUGE MESS!!!

This is overflowing onto the counter and making a mess in addition to overcooking the rice, despite exact measuring and rereading instructions carefully. What a mushy mess. If someone doesn’t call or email me with suggestions I will return it!
