These take way to long to work. The 5mg fast dissolve tablets were so much better. I will not be buying these again.

This product did not work for me. I have difficulty falling asleep and the nights I tried this I did not sleep at all. I would not recommend to anyone I did not write a review sooner because I hate to write negative things about any products since it could work well for others
