The items do not work at all.

I have used for years and highly recommend

Took these for a long time thinking they would eventually work, did nothing to help me sleep

I have tried several brands of Melatonin, this one has done nothing for me. Other brands at 3 or 5 mgs have worked.

I do not take it every night, but I do think it helps better than other sleep aids. And I am happy it is not a "gummy". Those are repulsive.

So far 3 nights of restful sleep . I don’t feel drowsy and im getting 8 hours of sleep. I’m so happy: )

These work great! I sleep through the night, and wake up not feeling groggy. Sometimes I cut the tablets in half, and still sleep great!

I take it every night helps me have a restfull sleep all night long.Very good product at a great price.
