I sleep for part of the night.

I;ve been using this product for over two years and I like it, as well as Sam's offering a good price on it.

It's really good at helping me fall asleep quickly, but if something wakes me after first 15 min, I usually don't fall back to sleep for hours.

I thought I was reordering the melts that appear in the same packaging. The timed release just don’t work for us.

I take it every night helps me have a restfull sleep all night long.Very good product at a great price.

I do not take it every night, but I do think it helps better than other sleep aids. And I am happy it is not a "gummy". Those are repulsive.

I have tried several brands of Melatonin, this one has done nothing for me. Other brands at 3 or 5 mgs have worked.

taken an hour before bedtime, this product has does a great job of relaxing me. I feel I get a better nights sleep the more relaxed I am.

I need to take three tablets to get any kind of effectiveness. It makes me tired, somewhat, does not put me to sleep.
