Member's Mark Timed-Release Melatonin Tablets, 10 mg, 300 ct.

Five chemicals before getting to melatonin.  Made in China.  Did nothing good for my sleep (laxative? ). Built up in my system and made me sick for three weeks until I discontinued use.

Melatonin 10mg time released absolutely works for me. Tried everything from prescription to over-the-counter to several natural products. This by far gave my wife and I the best results. I would highly recommend this product.

This product did not work for me. I have difficulty falling asleep and the nights I tried this I did not sleep at all. I would not recommend to anyone I did not write a review sooner because I hate to write negative things about any products since it could work well for others
