Works well but tends to make me groggy the next morning like I have a hangover.

Melatonin the best to help get a full nights rest.

Works in Getting a Full Nigh’s Sleep

This product did not work for me. I have difficulty falling asleep and the nights I tried this I did not sleep at all. I would not recommend to anyone I did not write a review sooner because I hate to write negative things about any products since it could work well for others
