Member's Mark Timed-Release Melatonin Tablets, 10 mg, 300 ct.

10 mg each.  250 tablets.  Generic flavor.  It works great.

Yucky going down.  Gummy's for adults is expensive

Bought these for myself, but I cut them in half cause 10 mg is a little strong for me.

Good sleep with Melatonin.

These were just a little too strong for us. They made us sleepy in am. 10 mg. We like 5 mg. Better.

This product did not work for me. I have difficulty falling asleep and the nights I tried this I did not sleep at all. I would not recommend to anyone I did not write a review sooner because I hate to write negative things about any products since it could work well for others
