I try to reduce carbs as much as possible - but I LOVE sandwiches. This is a win-win. The bread is soft, not like cardboard. I do remove the crust. It's a bit tougher than I like, but the bread itself it very tasty and good texture.

Its mass is different

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was surprised by this bread, it’s different... Its dough is like sourdough, it really has weight, the bread lasts a long time for me because I keep it in the fridge so that helps but this one seems to me to be more durable than the others, it tastes delicious, as if it had butter so I love it. I think I can consume this without any problem.

Does not taste good

This bread is nasty. Maybe we got a bad batch but first my kids both spit it out and I thought they were being dramatic so I tried it. It was gross. So I tried toasting it to see if it would be better, it smelt like horse manure then and didn't taste any better. Almost a spongey texture too.
