Never knew of this bread until I came in to shop and looked around the bread section, found this beauty there and went ahead and decided to try it out. First, I will say I’ve tried the Nature’s Own Life Keto White Bread which is a serving size of 1 slice at 28g, 35 calories, 1g fat, 10g carbs, and 6g of protein. The difference between that product and this one is clear. The Nature’s Own Life Wheat Protein bread shows a serving size of 2 slices for 150 calories, 2g fat, 18g carbs, and 22g of protein. Split it in half to equate to a single slice as the other product and you’ll have 1 slice of the Wheat Protein keto bread for 75 calories, 1g fat, 9g carbs, and 11g of protein. While there is comparatively a greater amount of calories the amount of fat and carbs are just about the same. The protein is higher in this bread and the texture is different as well. This bread is more dense, slightly squishy but soft, and in my opinion better than the other because it doesn’t feel airy or flat and has a better taste. Also makes it much easier to hit my macro goals personally and make space for the extra little goodies or treats that we all like every now and then. If you’ve read my review for this long, all I can say is try it out for yourself. What works for me may not be for you but at least try before passing it up!

I love Nature's Own, but this ain't it! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING and something was off with the crust...EWWWW

This was so gross!! It was soft with a dash of vCard board sprinkled and taste too! Not worth it! The Natures Own Keto white is great! Sam’s buy that one ! PLease

Just purchased this again and they have changed the recipe. Now there’s only 1 gram of fiber. Not sure why they did this but I’ll no longer be buying it.

High protein, toasted is best, great price!

If you're trying it from a healthier option its a win, but as far as taste and texture its a no for me. The bread is very dense and chewy. I will not br purchasing again.

If your only looking for a good tasting bread try other options. This product is for those looking for an extra protein intake with their meals, some fiber with an ok taste. Recommended for my gym enthusiasts!

Not a source of complete protein. Wheat protein is not a complete amino acid type of protein. Not much help in preserving or building muscle. Typical of most protein added products. Don't be fooled by the latest sales gimmick in health.

I was so excited for this bread, but so disappointed. It was sooo thick and gummy and the taste was chemically. it molded within a week.

Amazed at the protein per slice and it being low carb. I like the taste, but my kids don’t
