I try to reduce carbs as much as possible - but I LOVE sandwiches. This is a win-win. The bread is soft, not like cardboard. I do remove the crust. It's a bit tougher than I like, but the bread itself it very tasty and good texture.

Not the best texture and bite but if you care about protein intake this bread is for you. Sorry to say but I was not satisfied with this bread, it just isn’t bread like- very chewy even if you toast it.

The taste is terrible. After getting over the taste, I felt full. Use this for grill cheese, toast with jam, and ham sandwich.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This bread has a lot going on it has protein, keto friendly, and it's wheat. I like how dense and thick the slices are it was perfect for my breakfast toast and I got in some extra protein which is a plus. This bread is perfect for sandwiches definitely going to keep you fuller longer. For me there's not much of a taste there but I think whatever you add to the bread will enhance its flavor!

I'm not sure why people didn't like the taste, but some breads are meant to be used for certain foods, this bread has a dense spongy texture perfect for making French toast (leave slices soaking a bit 1-2mins, they don't fall apart). Love the high protein, if you don't care for the protein amount buy a regular bread because this bread isn't bad tasting it's just you can't be comparing it to regular bread. Other reviews say it molds quick, I can't attest to that yet, but maybe placing it in the fridge would help stretch it's freshness.

Avoid buying this bread. It has an unusual and terrible taste. After one bite, I threw it away.
