[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you love a thick cut bread ,but not quite Texas toast thick give this a try. It last a while as long as you reseal it properly. You can yeast the sweetness from the wheat but it is not over powering . As far as digestibility because well it's is a protein rich bread I have had no issues .

I'm not sure why people didn't like the taste, but some breads are meant to be used for certain foods, this bread has a dense spongy texture perfect for making French toast (leave slices soaking a bit 1-2mins, they don't fall apart). Love the high protein, if you don't care for the protein amount buy a regular bread because this bread isn't bad tasting it's just you can't be comparing it to regular bread. Other reviews say it molds quick, I can't attest to that yet, but maybe placing it in the fridge would help stretch it's freshness.

It is tough crust and chewy center. This one at least did not make my stomach ache after eating it. But I will stick with my normal sandwich wheat bread.

This bread is denser and drier than I normally prefer, but it was fresh, slice nicely, and held up really well when making a sandwich. The flavor is good just different from my normal preference, I really like the added protein and I would choose it when im looking for an easy way to add more protein to my meal.

This bread is nasty. Maybe we got a bad batch but first my kids both spit it out and I thought they were being dramatic so I tried it. It was gross. So I tried toasting it to see if it would be better, it smelt like horse manure then and didn't taste any better. Almost a spongey texture too.

I never knew there was Protein bread available and i like the idea of it, It tastes like a regular wheat bread but with 22g of Protein, A healthier option if you're on a restricted diet, low sugar or on a weight loss journey. It's the best thing since slice bread.
