No sourdough taste

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hi everyone! Join me for dinner today as I have some sliced ​​bread. I’m pairing soft bread slices with steak and a sunny-side-up egg. The slices are cut to a perfect thickness—not too thin—so when toasted, they turn crispy on the outside while remaining soft on the inside; they also have a very subtle, barely noticeable tang. What really stands out to me is how easy the bread is to digest; it doesn’t leave me feeling heavy or uncomfortable. It’s suitable for any meal—breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Plus, the bread is substantial enough to hold ingredients like tomatoes and lettuce for a sandwich without getting soggy from the moisture, which is a huge plus for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tried the sourdough bread as toast with butter to go along with a healthy breakfast. The thick slices fared well in my toaster. They maintained the sourdough crunchy texture with a chewy texture inside. It was a little tough to butter since it was so crispy the butter doesn’t slide across easily. The taste is more like homemade sourdough than other store bought sourdough loaves that I’ve tried. This bread would be good also for more savory options like dipping in a stew or to contain an egg salad sandwich as it won’t get soggy after you pile on the ingredients.

Easy to prepare also it smell great.  I will say that it is in the expenses side, but if it’s something that you enjoyed is 100% worth it.

Bought on a whim to make sandwiches with, and it is actually really good sourdough bread, and at a fair price too. I like it for sandwiches, use it to dip into soups, and sometimes just plain as it is good enough to enjoy by itself with a cup of tea. It also lasted a really long time on my counter and didn't grow moldy. Overall a great product, and I continue to buy it as it's a good value as well as tastes great.
