I had this product in Colorado at my cousin's house, was very good she made french toast out of it. Now that I am back home in Arizona it appears as though I cannot get it, and that makes me really sad...

It's true this bread is soft with the texture resembling something akin to a sponge cake. I bought this bread, because I had few other choices and what a mistake it was. It has zero structure, and if anyone here thinks it has any kind of sourdough flavor, please put your hand in the air. Cannot recommend would never buy it again.
