It’s very easy to open very easy to close up and save for later. Make sure that you shake it well over all the chocolate flavor is not too overpowering.

I’m always looking for ways to increase the amount of protein that I consume. This is an easy way to do so. I did find this product to be very sweet and would have enjoyed it more if it was less sweet.
