It had a very good chocolate flavor, like regular chocolate milk. It wasn’t very thick the texture was just right. I kept it in the fridge so it could get cold and once it was, I drank it without any disappointment. There is plenty in the plenty in the carton. It was so good that my niece wanted a sip and she really enjoyed it that she wanted more.

I do appreciate the convenience of the packaging to take it on the go and having it ready to drink.

It comes in a 11fl oz reusable container, which make it easy to carry around. The flavor is close to chocolate milk but with a monk fruit sugar-like lingering sweetness with no bitter aftertaste. The texture are thick and creamy, but still pretty easy to go down. The drink is 11% floor and consists of 30g of protein and 10g of collagen peptides, which keep me full and give me enough nutrients and caloric intake to keep me going for the morning. So far, I find the drink can usually keep me full for at least 4-5 hours if I’m just working at my desk. On the downside, there is a noticeable taste of the typical protein drink flavor, which I’m not a fan of. Also, if the monk fruit-like lingering sweetness is not your thing, it may be less liked.

Every is good according to the nutrition facts and what it does for you and your body. The texture is silky smooth just like the packaging it comes in.
