If I really needed something premixed I could see using this, but I prefer protein powder because I can mix with water or milk and don’t have to keep refrigerated. All in all - Decent option.

However, this protein shake was a miss for me. It tasted bland and watery. It was not rich in texture or flavor and had gum in the ingredients. I was expecting more.

At first the flavor was tolerable but only half way through, I had to stop and give the rest to my husband. He chugged the rest but had an even worse reaction to the flavor than I did. He considered it to be chalky, I was more put off by the taste.

Tasted like skim chocolate milk and doesn’t upset the stomach. The texture is light . I would recommend this to anyone trying to get more protein and collagen into their daily diet !

I’m very happy with the 30 grams of protein, the ingredient list being clean, and the added supplements within the drink. Over all I will search for better but I’m not mad at this drink, doubt I’d buy it tho

The thin consistency may make it easier for some people to drink who don’t like a thicker feeling texture. The chocolate flavor is not overpowering, a little watery but taste good overall. I have always been interested in trying collagen for hair and nails so this has me intrigued. I am going to purchase more to get a better trail and see how it works out for me. It contains 30g of protein, good for on the go between meals. It also has 10g of collagen and 0sugar. It says you need to shake prior to consuming and do not freeze. For my first experience this is a good quality product.
