It taste like hot chocolate made with water. 160 calories makes it a meal replacement or perfect when I’m hungry. It’s a collagen based product that supports hair, skin, nails and more, which make it a bonus. I also love how it barely has sugar. Only 1 gram which is nothing. If you’re a person that drinks a lot of different protein shakes, this one would be one of the better tasting ones.
