One downside: it can clump if not blended properly, especially in cold liquids, so I usually use a blender or frother for the best texture

I wanted to taste the flavor without incorporating it into something else. It does taste like chocolate. I dont taste any bad after taste. There is 30 grams of protein and 10 grams of collagen.

At first the flavor was tolerable but only half way through, I had to stop and give the rest to my husband. He chugged the rest but had an even worse reaction to the flavor than I did. He considered it to be chalky, I was more put off by the taste.
