It tastes like a slightly thicker chocolate milk but with benefits. Great for on the go and meeting your daily protein goals. The packing is coated paper and can be recycled.

However, this protein shake was a miss for me. It tasted bland and watery. It was not rich in texture or flavor and had gum in the ingredients. I was expecting more.

But not too happy about a high oleic sunflower oil. It would have been best if they didn’t use seed oils. But still better than most other protein shakes
