Amount of protein is higher than most 5. Boosted with collagen This is such an awesome idea and I can’t wait to see what other flavors they bring. I gave it a 4/5 because it is a bit thick for my preference, but it can be diluted with ice or milk.

But the best part is that incorporates collagen! Normally I drink the other major branded protein shakes that include 25-30g of protein but do not include collagen. I’m so excited to make Vital protein shakes my new favorite!

It was delicious as a post work out protein shake! I love that it has zero added sugar, which is so important when you’re watching what you eat and watching your macros. The flavor is delicious—I’m very picky about protein drinks because they always taste chalky and leave a bad aftertaste. But I definitely recommend the girlies trying this!

At first the flavor was tolerable but only half way through, I had to stop and give the rest to my husband. He chugged the rest but had an even worse reaction to the flavor than I did. He considered it to be chalky, I was more put off by the taste.
