I love that it has 30 grams of protein (milk protein and collagen) and only 160 calories which is perfect for hitting my protein goals. The grab and go packaging is convenient and makes life way easier. Taste is just ok for me. It was not as rich as whey and a little too sweet. Texture is thin and fairly homogenous although there was a little undissolved collagen at the bottom. Overall, a solid drink but could taste a little better so 4/5 for me.
