I have other Sauvage items like the body gel & lotion but just couldnt justify buying the actual scent. I found this one & to me its better than the original. And of course the questions of what are you wearing, you smell so good... Couldnt ask for more.

I bought this one as I love Sauvage and wanted to get a good clone on the cheap. I do really like this scent but it is definitely a bit off from the original. I would still recommend it for what it is. A very good and inexpensive fragrance but you do need to overspray to get it to last.

I bought this from the site's recommendation to pair with Woody Sage. I really like the smell but due to its strength, overpowered Woody Sage. The scent is a little too masculine for me as well but I would 100% have my partner wear it. Lasted all day, which isn't typical of the perfumes I've tried before.

I never received my order and its really difficult to even contact them only through email. And the response is so dry and vague that you can obviously see this is something they respond with on a regular basis. So sad because I was really looking forward to my picks because Ive heard so many nice things, and then I also lost out on a hundred dollars.

This smells nice, however the star anise note is way way too strong and unfortunately ruins it for me. If they toned down the anise a few notches to make it not so BAM in your face, it would honestly be a great fragrance, just needs smoothed out somewhat. With that being said, it most resembles Dior Sauvage EDP with the anise note, rather than the EDT or the Parfum (both of which I happen to like much better than Sauvage EDP exactly because of that prominent anise note). So yeah, future buyers should know Aromatic Star Anise is modeled after Sauvage EDP and has a sharp anise note. Im sure Dossier makes some great scents though as I really want to get the Ambery Sage, Citrus Ginger, Spicy Vanilla, etc.

I bought this for my husband after getting a sample of Sauvage and loving it but couldnt justify the cost of buying a full size bottle. This version is fantastic and extremely similar to the original. Seems to last awhile even after working all day. Love it and highly recommend!!

This fragrance opens very bright and peppery but with some sharpness. The sharpness fades after a few minutes as the peppery spice notes really come forward in a clearer way and the citrus quiets down. The fresh citrus top notes do wear away completely much faster than I would like but the combination of warm and deep mid and base notes that are left lingering after are hard to beat and quite addictive. The fragrance is versatile enough for all year and every setting and environment while complex enough to not be boring if maybe a bit ubiquitous.Given how great this fragrance is its a shame the performance isnt stronger. Projection starts off initially maybe two meters but fades within the hour to one meter or so then down in another hour or so to a much more intimate skin scent. Once its gotten down to that point it does linger for quite a while. Ive had mornings that I wake to the base notes there to ever so subtly greet me from the night before and thats a nice way to wake up. During the day Ive reapplied at about the 4 hour mark if I want another burst of bright citrus and pepper or just want to be smelled beyond hugging range. However in the evenings I let the base notes linger for nights of Netflix and chill with the wife. I would say if your okay with reapplying the value with Aromatic Star Anise is great.One side note, when testing the fragrance and attempting for more performance more than 4 sprays would give me a headache. Id recommend reapplying instead of over spraying.

I bought 3 perfumes to avail the 20% off. 2 for me and 1 for my husband. My husband and I love the smell of this and it stays long too. The other 2 that I purchased was not to my liking but I was able to have it exchanged with no hassle. I wanted to try different scents thats why I ordered those but I really like floral scents. I received the 2 exchanged perfumes today and I am very happy with it. I got Gourmand white flowers and Gourmand orange blossom now. I looove the smell and will definitely buy again soon! :)

There is a reason why this is so popular. I dont know which version of Sauvage inspired this, as there are so many flankers. This Aromatic Star Anise is very complex, pleasant and attractive. The opening is a bit aggressive, but the dry down is great and elicits unexpected compliments.Thanks for another hit!

I came across the Dossier brand while reviewing YouTube channels. I purchased this scent (Dior Sauvage) as well as the Fougere Lavender (Prada Carbon).Dossier captured both scents well and I am hooked. Great company to work with for exchanges or refunds.I will no longer purchase the originals as Dossier is my first choice now.
