Ice maker

Bought it 9 months ago. Thoughy it was the greatest thing until it stopped working. I even purvhased the 3 year warranty. It stopped a month ago. Made horrible sounds and electrical burning smell . Contacted warranty company and they want pictures descriptions of why its not working. I have to send it back and pay the postage. I dont have a box to put it in and basically if it is further damaged i. Shipping they wont reimburse me. What the heck! Very disgruntled. You would think they dont stand behind their products.

SAY NO TO FRIGIDAIRE

We bought the Frigidaire Gallery ice nugget maker that looks exactly like this. It didn't even last a year. Contacted the manufacturer (as it's under a 1 year warranty), sent them pics and video of it not working, and they said WE HAVE TO PAY to ship their defective product back to them before they would even consider a replacement or refund. No thanks. Just won't purchase a Frigidaire product again if they don't stand behind their products.
