this ice maker produce good 2 inch ice ball, and you can put it in a cup for your drink. how fast it make the ice depends on your room temperature, the cooler the space temperature the faster it make the ice. And make sure you put filter water to make the ice, because if you like to drink filtered water, you should put filtered water into the machine and make good ice to drink. And it helps to keep to maintain the ice maker good, the ice taste better, the drink taste better. This is a good quality ice maker, one of the best i have ever bought. I have no complaints about this unit at all, it works good for me.

I LOVE MY NEW ICE MAKER. VERY FAST AND THE ICE IS DELICIOUS. MY AUNT GOT IT FOR ME FOR MY BIRTHDAY AND MY KIDS AND I LOVE TO EAT IT! BEST ICE MACHINE EVER AND I CAN TALK TO IT AND IT WILL MAKE ICE FOR ME!!!! I CAN CHANGE THE SIZE AND EVERYTHING. ICE WILL BE MADE WHEN I COME HOME FOR WORK TO MAKE MY COCKTAIL.

Maybe it’s just my machine but it shuts off constantly. It will make 7-8 cubes then shut off unless you empty the bin. It supposed to hold twice that amount. I’m taking this one back for a refund today. As I have ordered a different brand to try. Also this machine does not make ice as fast as it claims.

I had a party over the weekend and this was great to have on a hot summer night. It was a great addition to have in addition to the ice in the freezer. It makes big balls which is good when drinking. With having four kids this is also great to have in the summer because we go through so much ice and the balls even fit in my kids water bottles. It’s quiet and fits perfectly next to the fridge. A great thing is it comes with tongs that never lose a grip when picking up the ice?. The machine is cute. You do have to fill up the bottle tray with water but the light tells you when it’s out. There are also lights to tell you when the basket is full. A great addition!

I don't have an ice maker and trays are too inconvenient. Enter this beast of an icemaker. it makes awesome round iceballs which look great and impress. The machine has a good capacity for a small family and is not loud at all. fits perfect on a countertop. a must have for summer gatherings.

this is great if the round ball size ice is what you are looking for. It is a bit noisey when the ice drops into the bin. Keeping it clean is a bit of a chore. Old water has to be drained out, and the water well has to be cleaned as it is prone to mold. For me its alot of work for some artisan ice, but my husband likes it, so we roll with it.

This ice maker has a generous shape and excellent ice-making effect. It is very good for those of us who like family gatherings! It can make ice cubes needed by multiple people in a short time. Unlike a refrigerator, it is not enough for two or three people.

bought this for a christmas gift for my mom. she loves it. mashed ice balls quickly. she stores them in her freezer.

Get product. Very quite and easy to clean.

Stopped working in less than a year. Expensive rip off.
