This machine I received brand new, right out of the box, it is not working right. The humidity sensor is stuck at 30%, I have several hygrometers all reading over 50%. The unit removes a ton of water, but I don't want to have to constantly run it on constant mode. Sad a brand new product is defective right out of the box Will return

I went with the one mainly for the "pump" option. The pump ceased working after one full day. I should have believed the reviews about faulty pump problems. My fault. Now I'm stuck with it.

Humidity sensor didn't work out of the box. Reading 30% less than actual room humidity, so the unit would never kick on. Customer support said to return it. Nice looking product, wish it worked .
