Ok I found out the issue it stops working if you don’t clean the filter often . I did my research and regretted buying it then when I clean the filter and it had two filters one on each side . Make sure to clean the filters . Now mines is working properly!

Cube Dehumidifier with Built‑in Pump, MAD50PE1QWT‑S for a few weeks now, and it has honestly made a noticeable difference in my home. I live in a very humid area, and before this, the air always felt heavy and uncomfortable. Since turning this on, the space feels fresher, and even my allergies seem a bit better. What I like most is how easy it is to use. The controls are simple, and the built-in pump is a huge plus because I don’t have to constantly empty the tank. It runs quietly enough that I can leave it on overnight without it bothering me, which I didn’t expect from a unit this powerful. Design-wise, it’s compact and doesn’t take up too much space, which works perfectly for my room setup. I also appreciate that it looks clean and modern instead of bulky like older models. If I had to mention one downside, it would be that it can feel a bit heavy when moving it around, but honestly, that’s a small trade-off for how well it performs. Overall, I’m really happy with this dehumidifier. It’s reliable, efficient, and has made my home much more comfortable.

It comes with a handle to help pick it up the unit is heavy so you'll need to be careful while picking it up and moving it around. If you live in a place that's humid and you have maybe a work shop/shed /tiny home this is perfect.

I have used this for 2 1/2 summer / fall months so far, and it is still working great. We currently have it in the continuous drain mode in our basement, but I also tested it in pump mode and bucket mode with excellent results. It did a great job in bucket mode to dry out our carpets after having them steam cleaned. The phone app shows how much water is in the bucket and estimates how many hours it will be until the bucket gets to your selected fill level. Also, the bucket has a very large maximum capacity compared to other dehumidifiers. My only negative comments are that the dehumidifier is heavy, which makes it a challenge to use in bucket mode since the dehumidifier sits on top of the square bucket and must be lifted off the bucket and set aside to empty the bucket. Also, given the large water capacity of the bucket, if you select maximum capacity for the dehumidifier to automatically shut off, the bucket with water is also heavy to pick up to empty. Regardless, I would definitely buy this model again. By the way, Walmart has a great price on the 4-year extended warranty, which I highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a little nervous at first, but after unboxing, this was fairly easy set. This has amazing quality and feels very heavy duty. It also is very quiet. All in all the air quality is better now that I’ve added this to my basement.

This machine I received brand new, right out of the box, it is not working right. The humidity sensor is stuck at 30%, I have several hygrometers all reading over 50%. The unit removes a ton of water, but I don’t want to have to constantly run it on constant mode. Sad a brand new product is defective right out of the box Will return

This is the most quiet dehumidifier Ive ever used. But, just like other reviewers, mine - new out of the box - had faulty humidity sensor. Always says it’s 30%, but humidity is MUCH higher according to all the other humidity sensors I have. Will return and order again (because it’s so quiet) to see if I can get one that works… will review again after that.

Humidistat malfunctioning as it constantly displays 30% for the current in-room humidity. Unable to use the "set" mode as a result. The product page also has incorrect information as one of the photos says this supports Apple Home which it does not. The product details also says it supports Matter smart home but it does not. Contacted Midea Support already and they just told me to return the defective unit to Sam's Club. They also confirmed this model doesn't support Apple Home or Matter and the product listing is incorrect. I guess I will just have to keep buying them until I get one that works properly which is frustrating. At least it does have a two year warranty but my last Cube gave up after 2.5 years.
