[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the taste and texture of these protein bars! I am a big protein bar person and eat them daily. This was my first time trying a Tru bar and I was very impressed. My only complaints is that I didn’t have more! Ranking high in my list of favorites!

If you like the taste of pb&j you will really like this bar! They did a great job capturing the nutty richness of peanut butter while balancing the fruit flavor of strawberry (or maybe raspberry?) jam. The flavor balances savory and sweet really well! The coating is the same as the donut flavor, in case you've tried that one. I've tried all of their flavors and have not found a loser in the bunch, but this one is probably my top option. This is a stupid good protein bar that really scratches my sweet tooth itch when 3pm rolls around.

Of all the TRUBAR flavors this was the one I was least interested in, but I'm glad to say was also the flavor that surprised me the most! The flavor does not skew heavily almond but has a nice nuttiness with a strong chocolate and sea salt finish. If you like savory and sweet together (think chocolate covered pretzels) then you will really like this flavor.

I was surprised by the exterior layer of chocolate as it didn’t seem obvious that was going to be the case. The flavor is good, it’s the texture that gets me. It’s very chew and gummy. I think if it as a taffy mixed with caramel. It isn’t bad, but unexpected. If you aren’t on a plant based diet, there are better options out there.

OMG these are so good! When I'm too busy at work to get a healthy meal in, I can grab one of these bars. They're so good I LOVE to eat them and yet still feel satiated with only one bar. Super great on the go as well. I pack them in case I can't find a healthy restaurant close to my location.

Was nobody going to tell me about these sooner? As an IBS and gym girly, I struggle so hard to find protein and energy options without sugar alcohols and preferably without dairy, while of course keeping them edible tasting. This is the first flavor I have tried from trubar and trust me I will be trying all of them. The texture isn't gritty or chalky; the flavor tastes very slightly of stevia, but well, it does have stevia. 10/10, no notes, thank you trubar.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 100/10, these protein bars are absolutely delicious. My husband and kids are my picky eaters and they were so impressed about the flavor. I’ll buy them again, they are gluten free and natural flavors.

They are a bit gritty, but these are the best I’ve had. I am able to eat the whole bar without getting nauseous and there’s no bad after taste so they definitely have me as a customer. It’s a great easy snack to have to curb cravings and to hold me over until lunch or dinner, and a good snack.

It's hard to find a clean protein bar that actually tastes good. I love the flavor and texture of TRUBAR, it's delicious and a great alternative to eating junk food. The variety of flavors is perfect and you feel good eating them. I highly recommend grabbing some of these protein bars for pre-workout, post-workout or simply for just a great snack!
