I don't like each time you open TurboTax you have too constantly run the updates. Once updates are run you should not have to keep running them.

I have shared my concerns. Turbotax over the years has become more error-prone and no live support during tax preparation.

As a retired person who has used TT for 30 yrs, I always experience STICKER SHOCK. I believe you have take advantage of the situation.

Peace of mind when it comes to accuracy. Import features of investments from financial institutions make a lot easier. Interactive feature is great.

Turbo Tax User Interface is very good. The year to year comparison helps me keep track of my accuracy and if I missed a form.

Not all essential tax related questions are properly covered, specially with 1098Q & T as well as 1099B related topics.

I believe I've used turbotax since it first came out on the market. I can't imagine doing my taxes without it!
