I HAVE USED TURBO TAX FOR MANY YEARS AND HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS.

I found the program very helpful and easy to use. My first time filing on my own.

Turbotax is wonderful

I've successfully used TT for many years. Last year, it was inferior.  This year, it was even worse.  I bought Premier and it did not guide me where to enter several  figures.  It also is terrible to figure out what's wrong when the form is submitted electronically, but rejected. I would expect it to take me to the error to fix.  Lots of problems with IP Pin too.

I won't buy again.

Sam's Club has the best price for TurboTax.  I've used TT for years.  I'm having some issue getting it running and collecting last year's data but I'm sure I can get it sorted out with their good support.
