Easy to use data imports. Hopefully accuracy holds up. Flexibility with printing forms and documents.

I passed on using an expert this year. The import of last years return data worked well making this years return so easy!

The screens are too small.

Most of the screens are written so small I can hardly read them without a magnifying glass. That makes it hard on your eyes.

Going to go use the free gov't version instead

Over-complicated software. Seems daunting and it is. Does not explain if I qualify for a specific deduction but says that I might.
