Online Version isn't complete

I felt "forced" to use Online TT but it wasn't sufficient for my needs. So I had to switch to the desktop version where I could use Forms.

On line tax and AI was unusable. Able to proceed only by downloading desktop. unable to navigate to credits and unable to start over.
