So much hidden fees!!! By the time I finished all the work BY MYSELF and realize it costs almost the same if I go to a accountant! I purchased Premier for myself and Deluxe for my parents. I literally cannot tell the difference!!!!

There was a glitch with home office deduction. Many users pointed it out. TT never released an update to fix it. As a company they need to hold themselves to a higher standard.

I have been using TurboTax for decades, however this time I am not positive that TurboTax correctly did my taxes. Hopefully I will not be audited as I was in a rush to complete.

have been using turbo tax for many years and i like it that is recommended to anyone because of it is easy to follow. All the features in your program are easy to follow.

My returns were rejected because I didn't enter the ip pin. Your email said you would help me! ;FALSE I got no help! I had to go find where to enter the information myself and it wasn't easy!

every year when entering 529 info in 1099-Q it is very difficult and manual to find the corresponding spot to put the data for 1098-T. The school expenses plus room&board etc withdrawn should match up (or exceed) the 1098-T info.

I have used TurboTax for several years and highly recommend it to file taxes. It is reasonably priced and easy to use. I have never had a problem with using TurboTax.

A great product. I had one issue. Clicking "help" for help on filing an amended return directed me to help that seemed to assume I was using the online version of Turbotax, when I was not using the online version.

I had to enter everything manually from last years return. Never had to do that before and I have been doing this for more than 20 years. May have to re-think continued use of this product

The brokerage download was a little cumbersome this year than i remember it in the past. But otherwise, it was the standard TurboTax experience and I would NEVER change to another program
