The program was pretty good right to the end. Then it just said that I needed to file Form 8453 without any explanation as to why or what might need to be attached. That was a frustrating end to the return. Otherwise, the program was easy to follow.

4 out of 5 stars only because you got rid of "Its deductible". I used that every year for at least 15 years I've been using TurboTax. You need to bring that back, or at the very least, charge a bit more for that feature.

For the first time, Turbo Tax failed me. Turbo Tax did not know about about Georgia SALT limitations. Now I have to submit an amended return and I also have to pay back taxes from my return.

I have been using TurboTax since 2010 with no problems. I am 81 years old and have to call your support line 2 times since then. Program is easy to use, and I automatically get it each year.

Not intuitive at all! Not easy to go back to the same category if you have 5 or so identical entries. It cannot generate the 8606 with inherited IRAs, makes it IMPOSSIBLE to finish and file.

I really like the desktop version which I have been using for years. I tried the online version, but it was no way as smooth as the desktop version, in ease of use.

All was good until I got my return back and had you to take out the fees for efiling was only suppose to be about 40.00 wound up being 500.00 through green dot took over half of my return. If i had known that i would have paid with credit card.

Everything was easy except for 1 minor issue. Turbotax should allow the user to sort when we go thru the stocks page. It is better UX, since we could easily look up what we need if things are sorted by the user's request.

I had two W2s one for my supplementary pension. TurboTax Premier didn't/couldn't help with proper entry of this additional W2 into my return. Even if it knows how to do this, it did not prompt me appropriately and kept showing me errors.

No thanks. But low rating was due to being forced to buy a new computer with Windows 11. If AI is so good, maybe it could help you create an annual version that works on Windows 10 or earlier versions.
