I've been using Turbo Tax for years for me and my family. Love how easily the prior years' info transfers to current year. Turbo Tax makes tax season less stressful.

The software errors in the drop-down added-details lists are very disappointing. I report these blatant errors every year, yet they persist year after year.

Turbotax has an error on K-1 for the state information for tax exempt interest from a mutual fund. There should be a "various" option when interest is derived from many states.

I am upset that I still needed to print another form when I had tax due. If I would have known this I would have printed my whole return out and saved the $60 processing fee to e-file my entire return. Defeats the purpose of being quick.

You still have a lot of errors in the program. I had to manually enter information on the forms in several locations. I will keep track of those items next year when they occur.

I was very disappointed to find that the It's Deductible module has been deleted from Turbo Tax. I found that module super easy to use. Manually entering non cash donations was very tedious

It's easy to use and downloading information directly gives me confidence in the accuracy of my return. The step by step format comparing results to prior year helps me make sure everything is complete and correct.

As a long-time user (since 1985) of TurboTax, I was again pleased with the thoroughness of the Personal software DESPITE a less-than-stellar experience with TurboTax Business this year (which was much less polished than the Personal software).

MacOS version of TurboTax not as good as Windows version. At end, I don't see choice to print different parts and pages of the finished tax forms. Plus, have no idea where it saved the pdf file to.
