It took 27 attempts to get the software downloaded. You just don't get it that not everyone has access to high speed internet especially in rural areas. Some special situations are hard to find,

TurboTax support has been helpful in addressing and resolving tax questions. I have been a user for over ten years and use it because it is PC-friendly, has the features I need, and is accurate when filing my taxes.

Did not allow me to indicate which 2024 tax file to use. Grabbed a "what if" for 2025 to determine potential 2025 tax liability. A "forecast" function would be appreciated to account for known income/expense changes expected in the following year.

Please fix Turbotax to import combined (both Div & Int) 1099's from C Schwab. After more than 20 years I'll be looking for a tax application that can import all data.

I have used Turbo Tax for 30+ years and this is the worst release yet. Things that were easy before were now complicated and visa versa. Was not happy with the product. It also had bugs.

The state tax product is horrible. Some dollar figures did not automatically populate, even though TurboTax had all the necessary information. As a result, my state tax took a lot more effort than it should have.

Took me over 9 hours to figure out a solution to a missed RMD for an inherited IRA. One of the "Experts" hung up on me. This is my final year with Turbotax.

This year is the worst experience I have ever had with this product. I am unable to save my document. I see it, but get error messages that the "file does not exist." It has even prevented me from transmitting my return.

Overall, for tax filling it was good, but the 2.94% convenience fee for paying your "Federal taxes due" (using a credit card) was not appreciated. I will look around next year for other providers to see if they do the same.

I explained all in my first review of why I didn't want audit review. I'm not going through that again. But keep in mind, this is why my review is going down. Here's another problem. Why do I have to review things twice?
