Turbo tax was extremely hard to download this year - it would have been more helpful if there had been a "Back" button. When it came time to pay, we couldn't get the expiration date month on the credit card to go down past 08.

Tax calculations seem accurate. Problem for use in desktop mode are constant updates that are slow and sometimes balky, almost as if Intuit is pushing us to more expensive On-Line version.

Taxes in general stay confusing from year to year. This was the first time I had to file a 1099 for driving with DoorDash. Turbo Tax makes it easy to get everything filed.

Has always worked well for me for thirteen years. I prefer the desktop version. I would like to see forms 1041 and IT-205 included as I just set up a trust for my dependents and can't justify paying for the pro version for a very basic return.

The brokerage download was a little cumbersome this year than i remember it in the past. But otherwise, it was the standard TurboTax experience and I would NEVER change to another program

TurboTax Premier - Desktop is excellent. I did not use online version as it wanted me to start over instead of using the previous year's return information.

When entering information from w-2's or 1099's, if I choose to enter the information myself stop asking if I want to have Turbo Tax automatically get the information from the source after I answer I want to enter my own information three times.

Have been using this product for 30+ years. No problems with accuracy and interface. Seems annoying at times and there should be a fster way to do your taxes.
