TT expert or chat box was great. After fully explaining an IRA Distribution Adjustment meant, I felt knowledgeable and was able to complete my taxes myself.

The product had difficulty managing my 1099B sold assets for which basis was not reported to the IRS with unknown determination if short-term or long-term assets. Ultimately had to enter the data manually.

Program did not load after the latest TurboTax 2025 update. Shut down PC and restart only partially solved the problem. A repeat click on TT icon in Windows eventually were needed after the shut down and restart.

When entering my 1099 B information - there was a note that I would have to submit my 1099- B with my return. However, when I printed out my filing to submit, the instructions did not include this as part of the items to submit.

Turbo Tax is excellent, Verry happy with it, except for one thing. Why did you get rid of the option to view your charitable donations in alphabetical order. That used to be a HUGE time saver!!!

Please make it possible to print the final page before the print or save the return. It is the page informing the Taxpayer about the date the return was filed and when to expect the return to be received by the IRS.

As a retiree my return is not overly complicated except for investment data. Downloading directly from the financial management company made quick work of my return.

How it can be February 17th and the Depreciation and Amortization Software is not updated yet is down right criminal. I will be using a different software in 2026.

I am a new TurboTax user. Always used TaxAct which is easier to use and to get around on. Your Forms approach is much more complicated than the approach I am used to using. Cost more than Taxact.

I had three W-2s to deal with (one was a W-2c for corrections), and I think it would have been beneficial to submit the copies as PDFs to the IRS in order for them to review, and ensure the 1040 was accurately annotated.
