The software itself is straight forward and fairly easy to fill out. Be sure to have all your necessary docs ready and it shouldnt take too long to finish

I have been using turbo tax for 10 years and has always been user friendly and helpful in providing guidance going through each step of the return process.

It was a detailed and somewhat tedious process but all was pretty self explanatory although I did not understand one section of the return but a quick phone call you the help desk got me right back on track.

Stop lobbying to make taxes complicated. I'm forced to use your stupid service because you are a corrupt organization that cares about profits over the American people and creating efficient systems.

Very difficult to enter expiration month in credit card payment for e-filing. I can't scroll down to month number 12. I had to use a different card with July (07) expiration month. I can't believe that this QA issue was not addressed up to now.

I've been using TurboTax for decades and it makes an unlikeable task easy and quick. I've been an Independent Consultant on the side for the last few years and TurboTax makes this added paperwork go quickly.

The last step had a little confusion. the form from EMPOWER TRUST COMPANY LLC don't have 15b. the state is VA. but I had to change it to CO, them make it work.

Turbo tax was easy to use but the only issue I had was I could not retrieve 2024 tax return to pull all personal data over as I've been able to do in the past.

I have used Turbo Tax for over 20 years. Every year it seems to get worse. I did not like the GUI interface. Bulky and cumbersome. It has really gotten expensive for all the versions.

I think you need to incorporate more AI. I think rather than importing information from a financial institution, for the most part I should be able to drop a pdf of a statement from the financial institution and use AI to complete my taxes.
