I don't like doing taxes; nobody does. But TurboTax gets me through it each year -- and has for at lest 15 years. It never makes mistakes. Sometimes I do, but it catches it for me. I wouldn't use any other tax preparation software.

Easy to do software. Takes you step by step where you don't miss a thing. Very Trustworthy Company and software. Wish is wasn't that expensive for the Home & Office software though.

It was difficult because FORMS at the top of the page was not highlighted so you could go to a specific 1099 and the payer information on our 1099s was not transferred to the 2025 1099.

Great as always. The only thing that peeved me is that it never asked me about Other Tax Situations (IPPIN) or did not catch that I had not entered any, so my returns were rejected initially.

It is the most cumbersome application. If I need to make one little change, I have to go through every step over and over again. Doesn't work with my Chrome computer - had to purchase a Windows laptop.0

All is very good and easy to follow (most of the time). However, for the second year I was not able to transfer my data from a previous year to my new return. I have used Turbo Tax since 2013, and it has been great except for this transfer glitch.

ITS GREAT! It very user friendly and i have used it for over 20 years. There are some aggrating moments interfacing one TurboTax offer with another as explained below.

My tax return gets more complex as I get older with inherited rental properties and retirement accounts. Turbo tax makes it easier and I have confidence in its accuracy.

SOME WORKSHEETS DON'T TRANSFER PROPERLY TO SCHEDULES AND FORMS. MUST KNOW WHAT YOU'RE DOING TO SELF CHECK ON GLICHES, which are sometimes not updated even after reporting it.

TurboTax is getting harder and harder to use. Difficult to import from financial Institutions. TurboTax doesn't fill in a lot of the forms completely even though info provided. Cost continues to go up which is irritating.
