I have been using Turbotax for 20 years and am always satisfied with the results of using the software. Its easy and intuitive and I wouldn't use anything else. Highly recommend!

It was easy follow and Turbo tax was very helpful. I did have some questions, called and the answer them to get me back on track. I would recommend turbo tax to others, who want to do there own taxes.

It was easy to do the tax return but I believe the software was not correct with the amount of required estimated taxes to pay. The estimated taxes to pay were a lot more than what the amount due on my federal 2025 tax return.

Nearly impossible to determine what version/tier is needed. Turbotax always pushes to the online version, but the desktop is often cheaper when submitting multiple returns. Never know the total cost until you file.

Need to make the part about entering SSA-1099SM more clear. I suggest separating it from the question about railroad income!!! I completely missed entering this so I had to do an immediate amendment!!

easy to use. helpful prompting. review is a little under featured in terms of guidance re what or where to enter. like how it uses info from other years filings.

Turbotax prompted me on a possible deduction I never would have known about - costs related to a new car purchase. The amount that this deducted how much I owed in taxes more than paid for the cost of the tax software itself.

Your product could not handle 1099-Q forms this year. First time in 20 years I have experienced such poor design without a fix. Why did I have to look for solutions for 2 hours, when there wasn't one. Final found in an email thread. No solution.

Once again, the software would not install as last year. The software processes have gotten more and more clunky, not intuitive, and require many additional steps. I've used it for 35 years but no more.

ITS GREAT! It very user friendly and i have used it for over 20 years. There are some aggrating moments interfacing one TurboTax offer with another as explained below.
