The response related to Wisconsin form OS was not helpful. TurboTax did not complete the Wisconsin form OS and I had to complete it manually. The AI response acknowledged the software error but did nothing to fix it. This has cost me a lot of time to solve an issue that should have been solved by TurboTax a long time ago.

I have used Turbo Tax for a number of years. For the most part, it is easy to understand and follow. My main frustration was the delay of having some of the forms available. Form 1099-R is helpful for tax planning. I could have used the full capability sooner for planning ROTH conversion amounts for the year. Hopefully, next year these will be available sooner.

TurboTax Home & Business made filing my return much easier this year. The interview questions were clear, it handled my multiple K‑1s and education forms accurately, and the built‑in explanations helped me understand why each number was entered. I especially liked how it walked me step‑by‑step through complex items like Section 199A and rental property, while still letting me drill down to the actual IRS forms when I wanted to double‑check something. Overall, it gave me confidence that my return was complete and maximized my deductions.

I was talked into trying the online version for free. IT SUCKS! I got completely done with my returns and the online version had a glitch in programming for the State return. Since there is no way to go to forms to edit, I had to RE-DO my return in the desktop version. It also does not save so you can alternate or switch back to desktop if something is right in the online program. VERY DISAPPOINTED in the online version and I will be VERY UPSET if Turbotax does not improve the online programming before forcing us al to transition ove.

I used this Desktop version on a MacBook with OS 26.3.1. It frequently hung up, had "spinning circle of death..." causing me to restart the program. Generally wasn't easy to use. I've used TurboTax for years and this was the worst version to date. In the State version, it did not identify or calculate that I needed to pay for late estimated tax payments.

I've used TurboTax for years, but this year I had several problems. 1) The software would not transfer last year's return. 2) The software crashed during the deductions section and there was no auto-save, so I lost all my work. 3) The 1099 income was included in the total but was not shown in one of the intermediate summary pages.

I have been a Turbo Tax user for more years than I can remember. I must say I was extremely annoyed, this year, that the software was not backward compatible to Windows 10. I am fortunate that I had a Windows 11 computer at another location, that I had to drag home just to do my taxes. Extremely short sighted on Intuit's part, in my opinion. I've already spoken with a dozen people who found other solutions to TT this year. You folks do your customer base a huge disservice with decisions like this. All because MS withdrew support last October? Wow.

I absolutely HATE that I need to have an account to use Turbo Tax. I don't want an account, I want no part of my taxes being online (beyond e-file). I detest the fact that an account is required. Furthermore, there is no justifiable to require Windows 11. This must be collusion between Intuit & Microsoft. While I managed to workaround to the Windows 11 requirement, it's yet another completely unnecessary hoop I have to jump through.

ALWAYS A TRYING EXPERIENCE! Can't copy or print any the help pop-up information for later review. Can't copy and paste any field names or data to save in a Notepad file for back reference while completing numerous other steps. There are SO MANY TIMES THROUGHOUT THE PROGRAM WHEN THIS WOULD HAVE BEEN SO MUCH HELP! Instead, you make us manually write down EVERY BIT OF IMPORTANT DATA that we may need to back reference later.

I have been using Turbotax for many years. It is reliable and guides me through the process of filing efficiently and intelligently. I have confidence the results over the years I have used. It is easy to iteract with and the reference explanations are clear and concise. I will use it again next year. it is a fine product.
