Easy to use! I had a personal tax to prepare and also I am self employed. I wasn't sure about many topics but Turbo had drop down with answers!

Excellent Overall. Unexpected sudden delay while switching to Payment Server. Confusing! Thought FROZEN!

The "guide me" screens could be improved by having more information on unusual topics, like carryovers. Otherwise, great program with good features.

I was not able to download prior year data for one taxpayer. It gave me a tax loss carryforward o $50,000. That made me feel very uncomfortable.

TurboTax is easy to use, complete and friendly. Have used the program for many many years without any problems or issues with the IRS.

Very easy to follow. However I would like the ability to do 10 e-files instead of just 5. I end up doing all of the family's.

Had to fill out sections of the tax forms during the e-filing steps. That should not happen. Overall, a great experience.

Unfortunately, the extra filing fees add up. If it comes with 1 state included why the extra charge to efile??

The desktop version is really bad.. Have not seen any improvements. I want to file an extension but cant figure out easily how to extend.
