Tax filing become more friendly. I suggest to make more simple for dummy like me to prepare and save information.

Awfull. Did not allow launching without choosing update and then it got stock during update even though there was no connectivity issue.

Turbotax online totally SUCKS!!!!! Cannot review forms or view forms to find errors. Terrible system.

turbox tax finds all my deductions with questions I would not even think to review normally on my own

I have used TurboTax programs for over 10 years and have never had any issues with filing my returns.

Always quick and, for the most part, easy! I do wish it were streamlined better from one taxpayer to the next when filing jointly.

I find turbotax intuitive. I like to use the forms rather than the interview because I am familiar with the forms. When I need help, it is clear.

Terrible. I suppose you just want to make additional money by people paying extra for help. Even though the cost is a too expensive

I find it very easy to use intuitive and through, I did use the experts and found them great and very helpful.
