TurboTax Business filling Schedule K1 for CT state was not supported . I bought the software but unable to use it for filling and wasted $190 Due to that i was unable to get the correct schedule K1 credit

the agi from the previous year did not transfer to the current year. turbotax was used the previous year it should have just carried over but it did not so now i need to mail in my return.

I've always used Turbo Tax for filing my taxes for the accuracy and thoroughness of walking me through everything. I know my taxes are complete and i'm confident that I've covered every subject

The format for the application was changed this year from previous years and I found it difficult to understand what was required at times. Other than that, the application was great and that was the reason I gave it a 4 rating rather than 5.

Generally good, however, navigation can be clunky especially when saving and returning to tax return. Handling of K-1 data is poor both on the Federal and the State side. Have seen few improvements to product over the past years.

Turbo Tax Digital Expert was not very clear about 2025 Child Tax Credit/Deduction. I researched IRS and other Tax Help resources which had better explanations. Spent a lot of time doing that-- Turbo Tax should have done a better job.

The product is very good but getting it becomes more difficult every year. Intuit's security and download procedures have are very cumbersome and unfriendly.

TurboTax system is easy to use. It very accurate with numbers and guiding you through each section of your tax return process. I have use TurboTax for years, and i have recommend it to family and friends.

I am so disappointed in Intuit. I have extended my Windows 10 until Oct, 2026 but I had to upgrade my whole computer costing me a lot of money just to file taxes. I am looking to change from Windows and TurboTax next year.

Sometimes it is not apparent when there is a blank 1099 that generates a "check this entry" at filing. Also, found it difficult to ask a question after I signed in.
