Turbo Tax makes completing a tax return easy. If you can answer questions like, "what is your first name", you can do it yourself. And if you require expert guidance, it is available. The return is always accurate, an filing is easy too.

I've been using TT since it was MacInTax Being pestered to buy something I don't need gets more annoying every year. I'll be using different software next year and thereafter.

This years Turbotax was the worst - non-intuitive, hiding information, difficult to use. Editing and viewing information downloaded from financial institutions was difficult and confusing

Everything went very smooth. AI answers to questions were spot on. A few minor glitches but the AI answers to questions were able to clarify the situation.

Wondering if you added the additional Senior Citizen Deduction provided through the Big Beautiful Bill? My refund may have been larger than what I was given it the additional $6000 were added. Am I wrong? Linda

THe reason I bought this product was to save time since I had bought TurboTax 2024. Unfortunately the prdct did o rn forward any of our 2024 income and expense data so you loose the time saving ability.

Additional features such as allowing upload documents (pdf, image, word, etc) to enhance the speed of data input. Also, AI features should be added to aid data entry for certain unusual tax forms and situations.

The software did not allow me to submit an amended return. I kept receive messages that there were errors but the link to fix the errors was "broken" and would not open up the errors.

I have used the Desktop version of Turbo Tax for many years. I like it, and have NO interest in the online version. I hope Intuit will keep the Desktop version permanently. Otherwise I am likely to change tax software providers. Thanks.

I am disappointed that your "Turbo Tax Help" windows are no longer printable. I have always printed them to document the info they provided to me and helped me decide how to proceed with answering your Turbo Tax questions.
