Turbo Taxes makes doing taxes pretty easy. Used Audit Defense in the past and it was a terrific help. I learned so much and the one identified issue was corrected with MUCH less stress than if I tried to handle it on my own.

Your help is not as useful as past years. I have been filing my own taxes for over 40 years and do not need to spend an extra $60 for your live help.

I did not see the tax reduction after I enter my IRA contribution until the very end. I saw comments that it would not until I completed the return. This is confusing and caused me much frustration.

They are now trying to store your returns on their server. DO NOT allow this. Save on your own device or own cloud as you may not be able to retrieve in the future.

I have already reviewed my experience with Dawn, my Live Tax Advice Agent, who was extremely helpful in answering my questions and enabling me to complete my three returns--Federal, Arizona and North Dakota.

Ypu just keep making it harder and harder. I have used turboTax Business for 15 years. it used to be user friendly. I will see about a competitor next year!!!!

There needs to be an easy way to electronically file for an extension through the desktop version. As it sits now I need to either use the TurboTax website or manually file for an extension through the IRS website.

Your site says we're finished and everything looks good. But then I get a notice that I haven't filed it yet after I send it. It has been sent three times, but it still isn't sent.

Not all links to other data worked correctly. One of the drop down boxes for state selection did not include Texas as an option and it would not allow you to enter the information manually.
