For being frozen enchiladas I was as little nervous to try these. These are the best frozen enchiladas I've ever had !! Makes for a great easy dinner during the week. Not spicy but I did add more cheese to the top last few minutes of baking and it was delicious. I will buy these again

The sauce is fine, but the chicken itself has a weird taste and the texture is like a worse mushier version of canned chicken. A very bad "mouth feel". I was also expecting them to be individually wrapped like most of Sam's Club's other frozen foods in that section, but that's on me. The box doesn't say that, so I shouldn't have assumed it.
